Laurie Edwards
Laurie’s passion for hairstyling began early. She started her career at just 14 years old and quickly advanced through a professional apprenticeship in England. After relocating to Canada, she brought her expertise and creativity to Niagara-on-the-lake, where she has been serving the community for over 24 years.
In 2009, Laurie became the proud owner of Rapunzels, a salon known for its welcoming atmosphere and exceptional service. Whether its a perm, highlights, haircut, or colour, Lauries skill and attention to detail consistently exceed the client expectations. Her dedication to her craft and her clients has made her a trusted name for decades.
Dawsyn has had a passion for hair from a young age, which led her to begin her career straight out of high school. She graduated from Niagara College and proudly won the Provincial Skills Competition in 2017. Since becoming a licensed hairstylist in November 2021, she has continued to grow her skills through advanced training with leading brands such as Joico, Matrix, Redken, Oligo, and Masters of Balayage. This training has expanded her expertise in cutting, styling, colouring, and blonding techniques.
In addition to working behind the chair, Dawsyn also gained part-time experience as an educator in Niagara College’s Hairstyling Program. “I love teaching students modern techniques in cutting, colouring, chemical processing, and styling. Helping shape the next generation of stylists.
Known as the Faded Barber, Aaron has made a name for himself in the industry over the past 9 years with precision, passion, and an undeniable talent for the perfect fade. From the very beginning. His skill stood out- just 6 months into hair school, he was already teaching his classmates.
Aaron lives up to his name every cut. His attention to detail is unmatched, making him a go-to barber for his clients who expect nothing but the best.
